MyViewPad – Free Image Viewer for Windows
From start to finish, and by that I mean from downloading to using it, there is much to like about the fCoder Group-developed application MyViewPad. Downloading the application takes but a moment – which to my mind is always nice. Since the download weighs in at little over 3MB, it takes very little time to get MyViewPad off the web and onto your computer.
Installing the application takes very little time as well. The whole installation process is incredibly straightforward. Simply follow the steps presented by the setup wizard and you should be done in no time at all. It all should go along smoothly and without a hitch.
Speaking of installing MyViewPad, it must be mentioned that the application works without a problem on just about any version of the Microsoft-developed Windows operating system. This includes the old but popular Windows XP, the much avoided Windows Vista, and the latest and greatest, Windows 7.
It must also be mentioned that after you’re done installing MyViewPad, you can use the application free of charge for as long as you want. That’s right, MyViewPad is freeware, so you can keep your hard earned money in your pocket.
And so we get to the big question: What does MyViewPad do? This free application allows you to view your collection of images. The application will display your JPEG and BMP and just about any other image format you can think of in a good looking, easy to figure out interface. Not only will MyViewPad display any image you throw at it, the application will also display a lot of info about that image – like file path, file size, dimension, density, bits per sample, and a lot of EXIF data. If you don’t like what you see, you can use MyViewPad’s editing functions to change the picture you’re looking at.
If you don’t want to manually go through images, you can click the Slideshow button and MyViewPad will display the images one after another.
If you are looking for a free, easy to use, good looking and properly good application to replace the default image viewer in Windows, then you are very well advised to give MyViewPad a try. It is an application that will not disappoint.
